certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority
/ Competent Authority.

    2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Municipal Corporation of Greater
Mumbai on 16/03/2023, for CTS/Survey No.307/86 & 307/87 at Malad, Mumbai Suburban.

       3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Municipal
Corporation of Greater Mumbai on 08/05/2023. Further, commencement certificate is granted
up to the following:
