               3. I/We hereby confirm that 1/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and
               documents, and the relevant records of Shree Ahuja Properties Private Limited for the
               period ended 31st March 2022 and hereby certify that:

               i.M/s. Shree Ahuja Properties Private Limited have completed 4.35% of the project titled
               Pali Hill MahaRERA Regn.No. P51800023040 located at Bandra (W).
               ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. Nil and amount collected till date
               is Rs. Nil Cr
               ii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. Nil and amount withdrawn till
               date is Rs. Nil Cr

               4. 1/We certify, that the M/s. Shree Ahuja Properties Private Limited has utilized the
               amounts collected for Pali only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated
               bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the
               percentage of completion of the project.
