situated on plotbearing for CTS No.1651, 1653 & 1654 of village Bandra-C, situated at
Ambedkar Rd, Bandra (W), Mumbai of Division Konkan, Village Mumbai, District Mumbai
City, PIN 400 050 admeasuring 4046.00sq.mts. area being developed by SHREE AHUJA
PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter:-
(i) M/s SHYAM JASWANTWAT HEMRAJANI as L.S. / Architect;
(ii) M/s Global Engineering Services as Structural Consultant
(iii) M/s John Mech –El Technologies (P) Ltd as MEP Consultant
(iv) M/s Nikita Kadam as Quantity Surveyor *


Based on site Inspection, with respect to the Building of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I
certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for the building
of the Real Estate Project as registered vide number P51800023040 under MahaRERA is
as per table A herein below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each of
the activity of the entire phase is detailed in Table B.
