We are promoter of the real estate project SATELLITE ELEGANCE (MAHARERA
Regn No.- P51800021913) located on a portion of the land bearing Survey No. 261 (part)
(corresponding to City Survey No. 620-A/1A/4A/2/1/8) admeasuring 4,621.40 sq.
meters, within Village Malad East, Taluka Borivali, Mumbai Suburban District, situated at
Pankaj Shah Marg, Off Film City Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400 063 Mumbai.
We, the Promoter of the project state and declare that by and under Deed of Mortgage
dated 04th Jun, 2024 registered with the Sub-Registrar of Assurances at Borivai No. 01,
Mumbai under Serial No. BRL-1/9495/2024 executed by and between the Promoter,
and ICICI Home Finance Limited, we have created a security by way of lien/mortgage
unto and in favour of the said ICICI Home Finance Limited in respect of the Project
Land as more particularly set out therein.


We further confirm and declare that, save and except the aforesaid mortgage, we have
not created any other encumbrances on the Project ‘Satellite Elegance’.
