     Sir,
           With reference to above, in-continuation to amended cum OCC of Sale
     wing A & B granted on 14.02.2024, now it is to inform you that the permission to
     occupy the Wing C of Sale building No. 01, comprising of Ground + lst fe /th
     upper floors, completed under the supervision of Architect Shri. Pranav Shah of
     vide license No.CA/98/23873, the Structural Engineer Mr. Furkhan I. Pettiwa-la
     vide License no. STR/P/ 157 and Site Supervisor Mr. Dinesh M. Mehta vide
     License no. M/89/SS-I, may be occupied on the following conditions.
1.     The Occupation permission is granted for 43 Nos. of SaIe Residential
       tenements and 01 Office tenement proposed on Ground + lst to 7tt' upper
       floors of SaIe wing C in Sale building No. 01.
2.     That certificate under 27O A of BMC Act shall be obtained from H.E.
       department regarding adequacy of water supply.

3.     That you shall submit the annual maintenance contract for the fire fighting
       system to the licensed agency for the period of 5 years with a certilicate
       i.e. Form "8" shall be submitted every six months regarding good working
       condition of the Iire fighting system as per Maharashtra Fire Prevention and
       Life Safety Measure Act-2OO6.
4.     The concerned Society/ occuplerl Party shall submit a certificate i.e. form B
       issued from BMC registered Fire & life safety consultant twice a year i.e. in the
       month of January / July as regards the maintenance of existing firefighting &
       life safety equipment and its good & efficient working condition.
5.     It is the responsibility of the concerned Society/ occupier / Party, not to permit
       the misuse of the open silaces, stilt areas, lobby, staircases, parking spaces,
       terracef pocket,terrace, refuge areas of building for any other use i.e. storage
       of any flammable/ non-flammable material.
