3151, 3151/1 to 6 & 3155 and new CTS Nos. 3138A & 3138B of Village: Kolekalyan, located at
Yashawant Nagar, Vakola, Santacruz (E), Mumbai in H/E ward of BMC, for- “Pragati SRA CHS.
Ltd.” has been completed under the supervision of Lic. Structural Engineer & Lic. Site Supervisor
according to the proposed full OCC plans. The work has been completed to my best satisfaction the
workmanship and all the materials (type and grade) have been used strictly in accordance with
general and detailed specifications to the best of my knowledge. No provisions of the Act or
Development Control Regulations or no requisitions made, conditions prescribed or orders issued
there under have been transgressed in the course of the work. I am enclosing completion plans.
The building is fit for Full occupancy for which it has been constructed.
          I request you to arrange for the inspection and give permission for the full occupation of the
building.

completed under supervision of Lic. Structural Engineer and Lic. Site Supervisor. The work is in
accordance with the approved plans and to my satisfaction. The workmanship and the whole of the
materials used are good; and no provision of the Act or the Regulations, Bye-laws and no requisition
made condition prescribed or order issued there under, has been transgressed in the course of the
work to the best of my knowledge.
