          With reference to the above subject, as informed by developer, the staircase, lift well, walls,

internal plaster, external plaster, plumbing, flooring, doors and windows, water pump, electrical

fittings, terrace with water proofing work of wing ‘C’ upto top of 7th floor of proposed sale building no.

1 has been completed on site under supervision of appointed Lic. Structural Engineer and Lic. Site

Supervisor and in accordance with SRA permission i.e. IOA u/no.: HE/PVT/0008/20170112/S1, dtd.

21 August, 2018 and CC for entire work dated 20.10.2023 in accordance with the sanctioned

amended plans. The above is stated without prejudice for your information only and may be verified

by you on site.
