Dear Applicant/ Owner/ Developer,
There is no objection to your carrying out the work as per amended plans submitted by you online under reference for which
competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

  1)   That all the conditions of I.O.D.under even No.dated 14.06.2018, amended plan approved letter dated 17.02.2020 and 01.04.2021 shall
       be complied with.
  2)   That the C.C. shall be got endorsed as per the amended plan.

  3)   That the work shall be carried out strictly as per approved plan.

  4)   That the NOC from AEWW T Ward shall be submitted for payment of extra water sewerage charges.

  5)   That the structural design / calculations / details / drawings shall be submitted before extending C.C.

  6)   That the all requisite fees, premiums, development charges deposits shall be paid before endorsement of C.C.

  7)   That the valid Janata insurance policy shall be submitted.

  8)   That the latest paid bill from A.A. & C. T Ward shall be submitted before endorsing C.C.

  9)   That the revised CFO NOC shall be submitted.

 10) That the set back shall be handed over to B.M.C. before asking for further C..C. and P.R.C. in the name of B.M.C. shall be submitted
     before applying for O.C.
 11) That the Civil Aviation NOC shall be submitted.
