Dear Sir,

We hereby agree to allot you Flat bearing No. ____ on the_________
floor, admeasuring _____ sq. mtrs carpet area in building under
construction in Wing “___” on the following terms and conditions.

   1. Rs. __________/- (Rupees ________ Only) is payable by
       you to us as Earnest Money deposit on or before the execution
       hereof and balance consideration amount shall be paid by you to
       us as per schedule of installments hereto within 7 days from the
       date of Demand Letter by us to you (time being the essence of
       the contract).

   2. The sale Agreement shall be executed on receipt of full & final
       payment.

   3. This   letter of allotment shall be governed by Maharashtra
       Ownership Office Act, 1963 and the Real Estate (Regulation and
       Development ) Act, 2016 alongwith Maharashtra Rules , 2017 and
       the provisions for the printed ownership Agreement.

   4. We confirm having received the below mentioned payments :
