 Dear Sir/ Madam,

 With reference to above we are pleased to inform you that Flat No_______________________ on
 ___________________________ floor at ______ Wing of _________ Sq. Ft. carpet area of newly
 constructed building will be allotted to you as per the terms and conditions mutually agreed in the
 said Development Agreement.

 It may please be noted that the allotment is done by the Society on the basis of lottery system and any
 dispute over the position and location of the new Permanent Alternate Accommodation shall be
 addressed to the Society and the Developer is not responsible for it. Permanent Alternate
 Accommodation once allotted shall not be changed at any circumstances.

 It may please be noted that this allotment letter is provisional in nature and subject to the terms and
 condition stated in the IOD issued by MHAdA dt. vide No. EE / BP CELL / GM / MHADA 83 / 228
 / 2019 dated         8th March 2019

 This allotment letter becomes invalid and ineffective if your membership of the said society is
 terminated during the course of redevelopment.

 This allotment letter becomes invalid and ineffective upon signing of specific agreement of
 Permanent Alternate Accommodation between the developer and the respective member.
