     1. Today, the Complainant No. 1 is present in person. Adv. Vinay Taliwal is present
        on behalf of the Respondent. Complainant No. 1 submitted that he is the husband
        of Complainant No. 2.

     2. Both the parties submitted that settlement has taken place. They have uploaded the
        consent terms on MahaRERA website. I have gone through the same. It is seen that
        it is dated 26th September 2025. Complainant No. 1 and Complainant No. 2 have
        signed the same. Respondents have also put signature on the same.

     3. Hence, the complaint is disposed off in view of consent terms. Proceeding is closed.

     4. No order as to cost.
