The Part 1 development work of commercial building comprising of Part OCC to the building i.e. Full OCC to built up Amenity,
Library on ground floor on plot bearing CTS No. 4/2 of village MOHILI at SAKI NAKA JUNCTION is completed under the
supervision of Shri. MANOJ VALJIBHAI DAISARIA , Architect , Lic. No. CA/82/7254 , Shri. Surendra Velji Patel , Structural
Engineer, Lic. No. STR/P/136 and Shri. Shri Jignesh Solgama , Site supervisor, Lic.No. S/790/SS-II and as per development
completion   certificate   submitted   by   Architect   and   as   per   completion   certificate   issued   by   Chief   Fire   Officer   u/no.
CHE/ES/5513/L/337(NEW)-CFO/1/New dated 29 April 2023 .The same may be occupied and completion certificates
submitted as sighted above are hereby accepted.


The PART OC is approved subject to following conditions:




1. That the balance conditions as per this office IOD, amended plans under even no shall be complied with before requesting Full OC.


2. That all safety precautionary measures shall be taken in accordance to relevant I.S code and in consultation with Registered
Structural Consultant / L.S during progress of the balance work.


3. That the building for which Part OC is granted, as marked on accompanying plan shall be protected against any mishap and no FSI
violations within the said portion shall be permitted by the Owner/Developer.


4. That the prospective occupants shall be made aware of the balance works & BMC shall be kept indemnified for any litigation,
mishap, etc.

5. Stack parking for Built up amenity I.e. Library shall be handed over to BMC at the time of handing over of built up amenity.
