                          of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

                          and the relevant records of Raj Universal for the period ended 31.03.2O2L and hereby certify
                          that:

                                       BUILDING NO - ll"MahaRERA Regn. NoP51800021545located at Mira Road (East),
                                       Thane - 401107.
                                 il.   Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 9,06,84,7921- and amounts
                                       collected till date is Rs. 12,99,65,880/-
                                ilt.   Amount wlthdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 5,85,50,000/- and amount
                                       withdrawn till date is Rs. 8,29,00,000/-.

                   4. l/We certify that the Raj Universal has utilized the amounts collected for "RUDRAKSHA
                          BUILDING NO - 11" project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank
                          account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
                          completion of the project.
