I, Shoaib Z. Shaikh of M/S. Arch Dimensions, undertaken assignment as
Architect certifying Percentage of Completion of Construction work of the
project, situated on Plot bearing C.T.S. No.252/6, Village Vile Parle (East),
Taluka Andheri, Mumbai Suburban District, PIN : 400 057, Plot area
admeasuring 1875.70 sq. mts. being developed by Nivara Infra Developers LLP,
C.A. to Deepanjali CHS Ltd.

Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter:-
(i) Shri Shoaib Z. Shaikh of M/S. Arch dimensions as Architect:-
(ii) Shri Raosaheb D. MAGDUM as Structural Consultant
(iii) Shri Zahiruddin M. Shaikh as Site Supervisor

Based on Site Inspection, with respect to the Building of the aforesaid Real
Estate Project, I certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of
Work done for the building of the Real Estate Project for registration of [Maha
RERA Registration Number to be obtained] is as per Table A herein below. The
percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the
entire phase is detailed in Table B.
