                        MahaRERA Regn. Number P51800020800

         7. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
             Development) Act, 2015 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
             (Registration of Real Estate Projects, ReBistration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and
             Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

         2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Firm, during the course of
             our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of tiris certificate.

         3. We hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registrrrs, books and documents, and the
             relevant records of Flying Earth LLP-Pruthvi Shantadeep for the period ended 3U03/2020 and
             hereby certify that:
             i.  Flying Earth LLP have completed 60% (as on 31.03.2020) of the project Pruthvi Shantadeep
                 MahaRERA Regn,. No. P51800020800 located at Plot bearing CTS No. 264,264 1 TO 8 at
                 Andheri,Mumbai Suburban 400 057.
            ii. Amount collected during the ydar for this project is Rs. 7,56,45,082/- (for the year ending
                  31.03.2020) and amounts collected till date is Rs.7,56,45,082/- (upto 31.03.2020).
            iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs.6,01.97,672/-. (for the year ending
                  31.03.20?0) and amount withdrawn till date is Rs. 6,01,9/.672/ /- (upto 31.03.2020). (since
                  Amount Eligible for withdrawal is Rs.12,01 ,4!,520/-as per the RERA certificate issued as on
                  31.03.2020)

         4. We certify that the Flying Earth LLP has utilized the anounts collected for Pruthvi Shantadeep only for
             that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in
             accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
