   1. We are aware that as per section a[2] (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
      Regulations made there under, an authenticated copy of approvals and
      commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained
      from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.
   2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from the BRIHANMUMBAI
      MAHANAGARPALIKA (Planning authority) on 24/tt/2O22 (Date) for Ground Floor

      Part Shops, for 1't Floor Part l.T. Users, Part Shops, for 2nd Floor Part Nursing Home,

      Podium from Ground Floor to 5th Podium Floor, Wing "A" & "8" from 6th to 19th &

      20th Part Floor.

   3. Also, the commencement certificate/ Building plans are approved by the
      BRIHAN MUMBAI MAHANAGARPALTKA (Planning authority/ Competent Authority) on

      Oll72/2O2t (Date). Further, commencement certificate granted as per details given
      below.
