       o Has the Association of Allottees or society formed?: It’s a redevelopment project hence yes
       and it is called as “NEHRU NAGAR PRIYADARSHANI CO.OP.HSG.SOC.LTD”.

       o Are you engaging with allottees communicating the impact of COVID on the project: Yes

     Your plans

     We are accumulating laborers through our vendors to reinitiate works. The work can be
     resumed as soon as the minimum adequate strength of 50% to execute the plinth work and
     underground tank is achieved. The min required strength is expected to be achieved till end of
     September subject to no further extension of lockdowns. Most of the material is occasionally
     available on site due to frequent lockdowns and RMC and steel is booked for construction
     activities which is awaited for delivery.
