  A. Name of the Promoter/ Organization: M/S. Shree Sidhivinayak Classic Construction Pvt. Ltd.

  B. Name of project “Ruparel Pride” situated on Plot bearing CTS No. 6 (pt.), C.S. No. 229 &
   267, of Village - Kurla, Nehru Nagar, Mumbai - 400 024

   1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
    Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
    certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
    Authority / Competent Authority.

  2. Accordingly, we have obtained IOA dated 11th June 2021 from MHADA (Maharashtra
   Housing and Area Development Authority) wide letter MH/EE/BP Cell/ GM/
   MHADA/22/229/2021 respectively for the project “Ruparel Pride” situated on CTS No. 6
   (pt.), C.S. No. 229 & 267, of Village - Kurla, Nehru Nagar, Mumbai - 400 024.

  3. Also, the commencement certificate is approved by MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and
   Area Development Authority) on 6th April 2022 wide letter MH/EE/(BP)/GM/MHADA-
   22/229/2022/FCC/1/Amend. Further, the commencement certificate is further extended
   from 6th to 16th floors for building consisting of Wing A and Wing B.

  4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will he uploaded
   under document section of this project immediately,

   (Approved and valid commencement certificates and sanctioned plans are uploaded
   under appropriate fields)
