       of the Project “Ruparel Pride”, situated on the Plot bearing C.T.S. No. 6 (pt.), C.S.
       No. 229 & 267, of Village - Kurla, Nehru Nagar, Mumbai - 400 024 and, through its
       Authorized Signatory Mr. Amit Ruparel do hereby solemnly declare that no Legal
       encumbrances are created on the said Real Estate Project..

       This is to certify that property being developed as “Ruparel Pride” described above is not
       subject to any mortgage and is free from all legal encumbrance.
