         Division Village Kurla-III, taluka Kurla, Mumbai Suburban District PIN-400024.

I/ we Mr. Mehul Vaghela of M/s. Creative Consultancy have undertaken assignment as
Licensed Surveyor of certifying Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of the
Building “Raghav One” situated on the plot bearing CTS No. 2 (Part) Survey no. 229 & 267 /
Final Plot No. 144 of Division Kurla-III village taluka Kurla District Mumbai Suburban PIN
400024 admeasuring 882.92 sq.mts. Area being developed by Raghav Raj Builders &
Developers LLP

1. Following technical professionals were appointed by Owner / Promoter:-
        (i)    Shri Mehul Vaghela as L. S.
        (ii)   Shri Nitin Jain as Structural Consultant
        (iii)  M/s. Mak MEP Consultant as MEP Consultant
        (iv)   Shri Sandeep Sakpal as Site Supervisor

2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor;
and to the best my knowledge I hereby certify that 1(one) Building / 1(one) Wing of the
Building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been
erected / constructed and enlarged. The Building under reference was approved U/no.
MH/EE/(B.P.)/GM/MHADA-22/114/2019 dated 15.04.2019 by MHADA Planning Authority,
Mumbai Board.
