      lying, being and situated at Survey No. 25, H. No. 2/A/16 & 2/A/17, P. No. 5 & 6, Village Katrap,

      Taluka Ambernath, District Thane., Pin- 421503. and within the limits of Kulgaon Badlapur Municipal
      Corporation; do hereby declare that as on, at present there are no secured loans on the Project

      neither are there any other encumbrances on the said project. I do hereby confirm that, there are no

      financial or legal encumbrances as on this date.
