                              Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

I, Dinesh Laxman Sonawane adult, Indian inhabitant, Proprietor of M/s. Om
Developers having my office at Sector I, Plot No. 21, Near mahatma Phule College,
Karanjade, Panvel - 410206, do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and
undertake as under:

1) I say and declare that I, Dinesh Laxman Sonawane as proprietor of M/s. Om
Developers have applied for registration of my real estate Project "Swami Datta
Krupa" with MahaRERA vide application dated date of application 20/07/2024


2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
"Swami Datta Krupa" is to be undertaken on land bearing "S. No. 110/1/A/1/
B/3, Plot No. 2 and S. No. 110/1/A/l /B/16, Plot No. 3, Sector No. 3, Village-
Chikanghar, situated at Beturkar Pada, Tai- Kalyan, Dist- Thane-421301"
admeasuring 640.00 Sq. Mtrs. hereinafter referred to as the "project land".

3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application dated
20/07/2024, for registration of the real estate project "Swami Datta Krupa", there
are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real
estate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/ part
thereof or there are no real estate project (s) by whatever name called, registered with
MahaRERA being executed on the project land/ part thereof.                                    l

 4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this
Declaration-cum­Undertaking is true, correct and binding upon me the proprietor of M/s.
