·swami Dattakrupa Co-Operative Housinig Society Limited" Landowners/Lessee of
the said project have entered into an Area Share with the Designated promoter
through a redevelopment agreement vide document no. KRL-2/7413-2024 wherein
the area is utilised by the existing society members is for themselves and there is no
area which has been allotted or utilised by the society for any free sale. Since the
society is neither going to sell/market any area nor they are indulging in construction
of the said project, the RERA Designated Collection Account and RERA Designated
Separate Account has not been opened.
