SOPANDEV CHOUDHARY (SWANAND INFRA LLP), PRASANNA CHOUDHARY (SWANAND
INFRA LLP), MR. VAIBHAV ASHOK GUNJAL, MRS. UJWALA JAYANT PATIL, MRS. ANITA
PRIYESH CHOUDHARY Having Office address at: Survey no. 206, Swanand Vedika, Near
Jagannath krida Sankul, S.R. English High School & Junior College, Soniwali, Badlapur 421503
do hereby declared undertake and state as under.
     We are the Developer of Survey No. 206, Hissa No. 1/2 & 5, Mauje Badlapur, Tal
Ambernath, Dist. –Thane within local limit of Kulgaon Badlapur Municipal Council to the west
of Division Kokan for Development. Whereby declared that we have legal Title of the above-
mentioned land, on which the development of the proposed project named “SWANAND
VEDIKA” is to be caring out.
UNDERTAKING AND CONFIRMATION ABOUT NO SECURITY INTEREST CREATED ON THE
PROJECT
     We hereby undertake and declared that there is no security interest or any short of
financial charge have been created on the project. We further declared that, as on 29/02/2024
that at present there are no secured loans on the project and The Project is free from all
financial encumbrances.
