                     Declaration-Cum-Undertaking


I Priyesh Sopandev Choudhary adult, Indian inhabitant, the Partner of M/s
Atharv Infrastructures having my office at Survey No 206, Swanand Vedika, Near
Jagannath Krida Sankul, Badlapur-gaon West, Tal.: Ambernath, Maharashtra
421503 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:



   1. I say and declare that I being the Partner and authorized signatory of
      M/s Atharv Infrastructures have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the
      said legal entity, M/s Atharv Infrastructures for registration of the real
      estate project, Swanand Vedika with MahaRERA vide application dated
      18th February, 2024.
   2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate
      project named Swanand Vedika is to be undertaken on land bearing
      Survey No 206, Hissa No 5 and Hissa No 1 / 2 lying and being at Village
      Baldapur, Taluka Ambernath, District Thane admeasuring 8100 sq.mtrs
      hereinafter referred to as the “project land”.
   3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our
      application dated 18th February, 2024 for registration of the real estate
      project Swanand Vedika there are no subsisting pending application
      submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate projects by
      whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/part thereof
      or there are no real estate projects by whatever name called, registered
      with MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.
   4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this
      Declaration-cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me as
      well as the promoter M/s Atharv Infrastructures of the real estate
      project Swanand Vedika.
