31.3.2025 and out of the said cost, total disbursement of Rs 10,59,00,000/-
(Rupees Ten crores Fifty nine lakhs only) has been taken from the bank (AU Small
Finance Bank Ltd) for the Real Estate Project- “Continental Signature- Jimmy Park”
having MahaRERA Registration Number P51700077334 located at plot no. 182 D,
Sector 17, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra admeasuring about 2659.78 square
meters of area.


It is further cer fied that M/S Sacvir Realtors LLP has incurred the said expenditure
and the same has been checked & verified from the necessary books of accounts
and documents maintained by the M/S Sacvir Realtors LLP and produced before us
for our checking.


In the said project (Con nental Signature- Jimmy Park) aforesaid total cost incurred
by M/S Sacvir Realtors LLP, the Developer Promoter is as under:-
