           I/ We Ar. Dinanath Deshpande have undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying
           Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of BUILDING NO. 1 & 3 of the Project
           'THE HYDE PARK' on land bearing S. No. 422 (Old), 103 (New), H. N. 2, S. No. 424 (Old),
           104 (New), H. No. 3, 4, S. No. 425 (Old), 100 (New), H. No. 6, 9, 10, 11, Village Navghar,
           Taluka & D istrict Thane, having MahaRERA Registration No. ______ being
           developed by M/s Aristone Builders.


           Based on Site Inspection, with respect to each of the Building/Wing of the aforesaid Real
           Estate Project, I certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done
           for each of the building/Wing of the Real Estate Project under MahaRERA is as per Table
           A herein below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity
           of the entire phase is detailed in Table B.
