Project “Kohinoor Eden B5” bearing MahaRERA Registration No. P51700077032

Respected Sir/Madam,

We, KGI Realty Pvt. Ltd., Promoter of the project “Kohinoor Eden B5” bearing
MahaRERA Registration No. P51700077032, hereby submit the Occupancy Certificate
issued by the Competent Authority and request the Authority to update the project
status as completed on the MahaRERA portal.

The project pertains to Building B5 situated on Plot B forming part of a larger layout
comprising Plot A, Plot B and Plot C on land bearing Survey No. 36, Hissa No. 23/3 and
Hissa No. 24, Village Adivali Dhokali, Taluka Ambernath, District Thane.

It is submitted that Building B5 has been completed in all respects and Full Occupancy
Certificate has been granted by the Competent Authority on 27.02.2026, which is
within the completion period approved by MahaRERA. Possession of units has been
handed over / is being handed over to the respective allottees in accordance with
law.

We further submit that Plot B has been fully developed and all buildings forming part
of Plot B have already received Occupancy Certificates, details of which are
summarized below:

It is further submitted that Building B8 situated on Plot C has been separately registered
with MahaRERA and development of Plot A is proposed in future under separate
registration(s), as may be applicable.

We understand that certain project details may remain discrepant on the MahaRERA
portal due to non-updation by the Promoter within the prescribed timelines under
Format ‘D’. However, the Occupancy Certificate for Building B6 was obtained within

the extended completion period and the project stands completed in accordance
with the approvals granted by the Competent Authority.

The Promoter hereby undertakes and confirms that any dispute, litigation, claim, or
issue arising out of unauthenticated, incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent
documents/details submitted in connection with the present application shall be
solely attributable to and borne by the Promoter, and the Authority shall not be held
responsible in any manner.

Accordingly, considering the long pendency of the completion update and the
discussions held in the Authority Meeting dated 24.04.2026, we respectfully request the
Authority to take the enclosed Occupancy Certificate on record and update the
project as completed on the MahaRERA portal. The Promoter acknowledges that
such completion update may be processed at the sole risk, responsibility, and cost of
the Promoter.
