                        vii) 4% to be paid to the Promoter on completion of work of
                              Seven slab of the building in which the said Premises is
                              situated.
                        ix    4% to be paid to the Promoter on completion of work of
                              Eight slab of the building in which the said Premises is
                              situated.

                         X    4% to be paid to the Promoter on completion of work of
                              Nineth slab of the building in which the said Premises
                              is situated.

                        Xi) 4% to be paid to the Promoter on completion of work of
                              Tenth slab of the building in which the said Premises is

                        xil) 2% to be paid to the Promoter on completion of Brick
                              work of the said Premises.
