                                    Declaration‐Cum‐Undertaking

I Mayank P Patel adult, Indian inhabitant, Partner of the Partnership Firm Body of Individuals having
my office at 5 J M Darshan Opp, Ganesh Tea Shop,Shiv Mandir Road,Dombivli Thane ‐421 021. do
hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

        1) I say and declare that I, as promoter have applied for registration of my real estate project,
           Srinivasa Nilayam with MahaRERA vide application dated 18/03/2024.

        2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
           Srinivasa Nilayam is to be undertaken on land bearing Survey No(s) 59, Hissa No(s) 4/P
           Plot No ‐12 lying and being at G.B Parthali Dombivli ‐East Village, Taluka Kalayan, District
           Thane admeasuring 478.26 sq. mtrs hereinafter referred to as the "project land".
        3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application dated
           18/03/2024 for registration of the real estate project, Srinivasa Nilayam, there is no
           subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate
           project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land / part thereof or
           there is no real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA
           being executed on the project land / part thereof.
        4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration‐cum‐
           Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate
           project, Srinivasa Nilayam.
