We hereby confirm that there is no security interest has been created on the said land and
therefore no report has been generated from Central Registry Securitisation Asset
Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI) portal.

We also hereby confirm that if in future any CERSAI report is generated and any security,
hypothecation is created then we will submit the report to the authority.

We also hereby confirm that the said project is free from any encumbrances and there is
no case pending in any court with respect to said Land.
