              l, MR. JANAK PUNJALAL PATEL, director of M/s. Siyara Realty Private Limited, hereby
             declare and certify that: -



            The Company has acquired development rights of Plot of Land situate at Survey No. 11 & 14,

            CTS No.700 (p), 206(p), Final Plot No. 126-A at Division Konkan, Village Kaneri, Taluka

            Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, 427302 as per development agreement dated 06th November 2023.


                 1. The Company intends to develop the plot by constructing a
                     residential plus commercial building on (Plot- A, Building Type "A",
                     "8", "C" as mentioned in the sanction plan approved by BNCMC)
                     named "Siyara Avenue" thereon.

                 2. There are no legal encumbrances in respect to the said Plot Land
                     situated at Survey No. 11 & 14, CTS No.700 (p), 206(p), Final Plot No.

                     126-A at Division Konkan, Village Kaneri, Taluka Bhiwandi, Dist.

                     Thane, 421302.

                 3. This self-certifying declaration is made for the purpose of
                     registration of the said project named "Siyara Avenue" (Plot- A,

                     Building Type "A", "8", "C" as mentioned in the sanction plan

                     approved by BNCMC) with MAHARERA.
