      Dear Sit,
      We would like to declare that there is no security or mortgage attached to the land
      registered As per the guidelines set by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (R.ERA), \7e
      would like to request an exemption from submitting the CERSAI (Central Registry of
      Securitization Asset Reconstnrction and Security Interest) report for the aforementioned
      land.
      \)7e, RUSTAGI ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED the rightful owner of the land situated
      at on plot bearing survey No 9519, 95/7/D/2,97,98/4/C/1, 98/4/C/2, 98/4/A/2,
      l0l/UD,236 at Nlouje Tirwala, Ta - l{alvan, Dist - Thane, (Out of which only survey
      No L0L/L/D is being developed by Rustagi Estates Private Limited for RUSTTAGI
      AARAMBHA 2.0), aff:-rm that thete are no existing mortgages, liens, charges, or
      encumbrances of any kind on the said property. To the best of my knowledge, there have
      been no financial ffansactions involving the property that would necessitate the inclusion
      of security interest in the CERSAI database.
          Only Survey No L0L/L/D is mentioned in RERA Application for "RUSTTAGI
          AARAMBHA 2.0" because the test of the Survey No belongs to othet building
          for which separate RERA Number already obtained (RERA NO P51700055124)

      \}7e understand that the submission of a CERSAI report is mandatory for real estate
      transactions involving encumbrances or mortgages. However, as thete are no such
      encumbrances on my land, I kindly request your office to grarlt an exemption from this
      requirement based on the aforementioned declaration.

      my knowledge and belief.
