 Dhara'. situated on plot bearing Survey No. 733 /Part (Old), 124/Part (New), Plot No. 121, 122,
139, 140 Village - Bhayandar, District- Thane 401107., This declaration is to oblige the
mandatory requirement of Project registration with MahaRERA.
       We hereby solemnly declare that as on the date of this declaration, we have not obtained
any Project Finance, there are no lien remarks (BOJA") on the land revenue records and the
project land and/or constructed structure thereon, if any, are free from any financial
encumbrance, whatsoever in nature. The CERSAI Report/Certificate, uploaded to the project
webpage is the supporting evidence as further assurance.
