                Declaration-Cum-Undertaking- Standalone Building
1,Kanti Haria, adult, Indian inhabitant, the Authorised Signatory having my office
at Sheetal Park, Shop No.9, Shectal Nagar, Mira Road-East, Village -Bhayandar, District
Thane 40I107, do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as
under:
   1) Tsay and declare that Ibeing the designation and authorized signatory of            M/S
         J.K. Associates, have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal entity,
         MIS J.K. Associates for registration of the real estate project, Sheetal Dhara with
         MahaRERA vide application dated 15/01/2024.
   2) Isay and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project Sheetal
      Dhara is to be undertaken on land bearing Survey No. 733 /Part (Old), 124/Part
      (New), Plot No. 121, 122, 139, 140 Village - Bhayandar, District- Thane 401107
      admeasuring 1800sq. mtrs hereinafter referred to as the "project land".
   3) Isay, declare, and undertake that as on the date of submission of my /
     our application dated l15/01/2024, for registration of the real estate project,
      Sheetal Dhara, there is/are no subsisting pending application submitted to
      MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) by whatever name called
      to be undertaken on the project land/part thereof or there is/are no real estate
      project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA being
      executed on the project land/part thereof.
   4) Isolemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration
         cum-Undertaking are true, correct, and binding upon me, as wellas the
         promoter M/S J.K. Associates of the real estate project, Sheetal Dhara
