Estate Project - 'Sheetal Dhara', situated on plot bearing Survey No. 733 /Part (0ld),
124/Part (New), Plot No. 121, 122, 139, 140 Village - Bhayandar, District- Thane 401107.
We hereby solemnly declare that as of the date of this declaration, there is no
deviation in the amended draft format as notified by the MahaRERA vide its Order
No. 31 dated 01/7/2022.

       In case of any deviation/modification in the 'Allotment Letter that might be
carried out in the future, then we shall intimate the same to the prospective Allottee /
Purchaser, prior to issuance of the 'Allotment Letter'.
        This declaration is made to oblige the mandatory requirement of Project
registration with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA).
