       be obtained from the Planning Authority/Competent Authority.
    2) Accordingly,we have obtained layout approval from the Mira Bhayandar
        Municipal Corporation (Planning Authority/Competent Authority) on

       & Wing B (Gr/Stilt + Podium floort2nd to 1|h floors) (out of approved
         Gr./Stilt +Podium floor+2nd to1|th floors).
   4) Further, the Commencement Certificate/ approvals, as and when approved
        willbe uploaded under the document section of this project immediately.
