                  DECLARATION-CUM-UNDERTAKING
I, Mr. SHAHNAWAZ FAROOQUE AHMED MOMIN, an adult Indian
Inhabitant, designated partner of M/s. QUBA TRADELINKS LLP, having
office at Ground Floor, H. No. 137/0, Alrazi Nursing Home, Old Agra Road,
OPP. Darul Falah Masjid, Gulzar Nagar, Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra-
421302 do hereby on solemn affirm, state, declare and undertake as under:

1)   I say and declare that I being the designated partner of M/s. QUBA
     TRADELINKS LLP, have applied on behalf of the promoter viz. M/s.
     QUBA TRADELINKS LLP, for registration of the real estate project
     ’UNITY TOWERS’ with Maha RERA vide application on even date.

2)   I say and declare that the application for registration of the real project
     named is to be undertaken on land bearing S. No. 211/2 at village-
     Kamatghar, Taluka- Bhiwandi, Dist- Thane, hereinafter referred to as
     the “Project Land”.

3)   I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my /
     our application on even date, for registration of the real estate Project
     named UNITY TOWERS, there are no subsisting pending application
     submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) by
     whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land or part
     thereof or there are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called,
     registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project land or part
     thereof.

4)   I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this
     Declaration-cum- Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me,
     as well as the promoter M/s. QUBA TRADELINKS LLP of the real
     estate Project, UNITY TOWERS.
