       Sub: Deviation Report with respect to model copy of Agreement

This to state that M/s. QUBA TRADELINKS LLP, is engaged in the
construction and development of the Project “UNITY TOWERS” on ALL THAT
piece and parcel of N.A. land bearing S. No. 211/2 at village- Kamatghar,
Taluka- Bhiwandi, Dist- Thane.

We have applied for MahaRERA project registration and have uploaded the
Agreement for Sale and that the deviations in the said format w.r.t. to the
model format is highlighted in red color font for your ready reference.
