This to state that M/s. QUBA TRADELINKS LLP, is engaged in the
construction and development of the Project “UNITY TOWERS” on ALL
THAT piece and parcel of N.A. land bearing S. No. 211/2 at village-
Kamatghar, Taluka- Bhiwandi, Dist- Thane,.

We have applied for MahaRERA project registration and have uploaded the
allotment letter in the MahaRERA approved format and that there are no
deviations in the same.
