  1. I, Mr. Amjad Amirulla Khan, Partner of M/ s. Seher Realty, duly authorized
     by M/ s. Seher Realty (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promoter') the
     Promoter of the Project known as "Al Mawadah Residency'', do hereby
     solemnly declare that:


  2. Our Draft Sale Agreement which is to be submitted on Maharera Portal for
     RERA Registration is same as Model Form of Agreeme.nt as specified by
     Maharera for our project "Al Mawadah Residency''.

  3. THERE IS NO DEVIATION WITH RESPECT TO MODEL FORM OF
     AGREEMENT FOR SALE specified by RERA as Annexure 'A' to notification
     bearing REF No. REA 2016/CR No. 79/DVP-2 dated 20/04/2017.
