                     DECLARATION - ALLOTMENT LETTER


      1. I, Mr. Amjad Amirulla Khan, Partner of M/ s. Seher Realty, duly authorized
         by M/ s. Seher Realty (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promoter') the Promoter
         of the Project known as "Al Mawadah Residency'', do hereby solemnly
         declare, undertake and state as under:


      2. The Promoter is developing the Real Estate Project known as "Al Mawadah
         Residency'' (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") on the piece and parcel
         of land admeasuring 3,511 sq. mtrs. situated at Survey No. 68/3 & 69/3
         Sonkhar Mumbra Thane - 400 612.


      3. The Promoter has adopted and uploaded the proforma Allotment Letter as
         provided by per Order No. 35/2022 bearing No. MahaRERA/ Secy/File No.
         27 /221/2022 dated 12/08/2022 in the website of Authority.

      4. THERE IS NO DEVIATION WITH RESPECT TO ALLOTMENT LETTER.
