       from the Planning Authority I Competent Authority.

   Z. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal
      Corporation on 221O212024. For Building No-02 A Wing -Stilt + First Floor to Seventh
      Floor, (Residential). Building No-02 B Wing -Stilt + First Floor to Seventh Floor,
      (Residential).


   3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Kalyan Dombivli
      Municipal Corporation on 221A3/2024. Further, Commencement Certificate is
      granted up Building No-02 A Wing -Stilt + First Floor to Seventh Floor, (Residential)-
      Building No-02 B Wing *Stilt + First Floor to Seventh Floor, Habitable Floors. (Out of
      approved total Stilt + Seven Habitable Floors).

  4. Further, the commencement certificate, as and when approved will be uploaded
      under the doeument section of the project immediately.

appropriate fields)

This certificate is issued for Registration under MahaRera Act, 2016.
