Dear sir/Madam,
           We hereby want to inform you that we are repeatedly getting scrutiny
remarks on no. of proposed parking that in building details, no. of parking is not
matching with the sanctioned plan. For your knowledge, please refer below given
screenshot of sanctioned plan where proposed parking is shown. As per the sanctioned
plans, 4 wheeler parking is 68 (proposed in parking towers) & 2 wheeler parking is 2.
So, as per the instructions given by our SRO, we have mentioned total parking as 68 +
2 = 70 Nos. Kindly take note of the same.
