                            Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

     I, Mr. Paresh Chalke, an adult, Indian inhabitant, Partner of the Partnership Firm
having my office at 311, Omega IT Park, Opp. Esis Hospital, Rd No. 33, Wagle
Estate, Thane (W) 400604, do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and
undertake as under
    1) I say and declare that I, as promoter have applied for registration of my real
        estate project ‘Solanki Chs’ with MahaRERA vide application dated
        03.05.2024.
    2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
        named ‘Solanki Chs’ is to be undertaken on land bearing Final Plot No. 112
        (pt.), lying and being at Sector 3, Village Panchpakhadi, Taluka Thane,
        District Thane, ad-measuring 1397 sq.mtrs. hereinafter referred to as the
        “project land”.
    3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my
        application dated 03.05.2024, for registration of the real estate project,
        ‘Solanki Chs’, there is / are no subsisting pending application submitted to
        MahaRERA for registration of real estate project by whatever name called to
        be undertaken on the project land / part thereof or there is / are no real estate
        project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA being
        executed on the project land / part thereof.
    4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-
        cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the
        real estate project, Solanki Chs.
