Perccntagc of Completion of Construction Work of "HR heights" Building of the Project
IMahaRERA Registration Number                     situated on the Plot hearing CTS no.
2320,2321,2326,2327,2328, mouje: Aayre, Dombivli (E), Tal. Kaylan. Admeasuring
357.70 sq.mts. Area being developed by M/s Aashapura Developers.


l. Following technical prof-cssionals are appointcd by Promoter: -

(i) Shri. Shreyas Sharad Brid as Architect (COA no. CA/2019 10'7490),

(ii)Shri. Aditya Rajan Deshrnukh as Structural Consultant;

 I . We have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation                       Certiflcate/ Completion
Certificatc, of thc Civil, MEP and Allicd works, of the building(s) of the
Project. Our estirnated cost calculations are based on the Drawings/plans made Available to us
fbr the project under ret'erence by the Deleloper and Consultants and The Schedule of items
and quantity fbr the entire work as calculated by Developer/ Engineer, and the Assumption of

the cost of material, labor and other inputs made by developer, and the Site inspection carried

out by us.
2. We estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the building(s) of the aforesaid

jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being implernented.
3. The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at Rs.4.70 Cr (Totalof Table A & B) The

amount of Estirnatcd Cost Incurrcd is calculatcd on thc basc of amount of
Total Estimated Cost.
4. The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the building(s) of
the subject project to obtain Occupation Cerlificate iCompletion Certificate from Kalyan
Dombivli Municipal Corporation (planning Authority) is cstimatcd at Rs. ,1.70 Cr (Total of
Table A and B).
5. I cerlify that the Cost of the Civil. MEP and allied work lor the aforesaid Project
as Cornpleted on the date of this certif-icate is as given in Table A and B below:
