         2320, 232L, 2326, 2327, 2328, Dombivli (E) admeasuring357.70 sq. mtrs. Of
         mouje : Dombivli (East), Taluka : Kalyan, Dist. Thane is to be carried out. We also have
         legally valid authentication of title of said land along with an Authentication copy of the
         agreement between such owner and promoter for Development of the Real Estate
         project is enclosed herewith. The said land is free from all encumbrances.

               We hereby declare that on above property there is no claims of any financial or
         Non-Financial parties other than title holder of the property.
