Sir,
       I, Shobhana Deshpande, Proprietor, CREATIONS, have undertaken assignment as an
Architect of certifying of percentage of completion of construction work of Building
ROYAL MEADOWS (Maha RERA Registration Number P51700066576) situated on the
plot bearing C.T.S. No. 1721/B, Vill:- Kalyan, Taluka:- Kalyan , District:- Thane, Pin-
421301, being developed by M/s. SIDDH ENTERPRISE.



Based on Site Inspection, with respect to each of the Building of the aforesaid Real Estate
Project, I certify that as on the 30/06/2026, the Percentage of work done for each of the Wing
of the Real Estate Project as registered vide number P51700066576) under MahaRERA is
as per table A herein below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the
activity of the entire phase is detailed in Table B.
