                 Dear Sir/ Madam,

                 I hope this message finds you well.

                 I am writing to provide an update regarding the ownership status of the land located at
                 "Survey No- 46, 47, 48, 49, 50/1, 51/A/I, 67/1, 115/1, 116, 117/A/1, 118/A/1, 119/A,
                 120/A/1,121,122 situated at Sector No- IX, Village- Mumbra, Tai-Thane, Dist- Thane-
                 400612"

                 Initially, the land was under the ownership of the Narottam Nagar Co-Operative Housing
                 Society Limited. Subsequently, an Agreement for Sale was duly executed on 02/11/2021
                 between Narottam Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society Limited and M/s. Yes Realty.

                 After that, we have put up the application for CC & Plan with Application No. 2967 dated
                 11/07/2023 to the Thane Municipal Corporation. At the same time the Conveyance Deed
                 was in process between Narottam Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society Limited and Yes
                 Realty.

                 Later on, Narottam Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society Limited executed a Conveyance
                 Deed on 17/10/2023, bearing serial number TNN9-l 878 l -2023. Subsequently, on 3rd
                 November 2023, we were granted the Sanctioned Commencement Certificate & Approved
                 Plan from the Thane Municipal Corporation, mentioning the name of initial owner i.e.
                 Narottam Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society Limited.

                 In the aforementioned changes, we kindly request your esteemed authority to consider and
                 acknowledge the updated ownership infom1ation pertaining to the land. we are committed to
