      Regulations made thereunder, an authenticated copy of Approvals and
      commencement certificate, sanctioned plans and layout are required to be obtained
      from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.
   Z. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal
      Corporation on L4lO6/2023. For Building- Stilt + Ground Floor + First Floor to Seventh
      Floor, (Residential + Commercial).
   3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Kalyan Dombivli
      Municipal Corporation on La/O6/2023. Further, Commencement Certificate is granted
  -   up Building- Stilt + Ground Floor+ First Floor to Seventh Floor, (Residential +
      Commercial) (Out of approved total Stilt +Ground+ Seven Habitable Floors).


  4. Further, the commencement certificate, as and when approved will be uploaded under
      the document section of the project immediately.

This certificate is issued for Registration under MahaRera Act, 2016.
